What can I expect from an appointment?
An initial appointment is 1 – 1 1/4 hours in length.
We discuss your past and current medical history as well as review any pertinent blood work and/or past imaging, vitamin and supplement régime, and medication dosages.
We decide on our plan of action, and where we would like to see your health changes proceed in the next several months.
How many appointments will I need?
To be frank, until I know you and your health concerns, I have no idea! Individualized medicine is about treating you specifically, and that may require a few appointments a year to several appointments a month until we see improvements.
The entire point of naturopathic medicine is to see you be well, and I am not interested in seeing you every week if we don’t need to (which are most cases).
Seeing your improvement and living your life out of the office is my goal!
